Wash Instructions

Hand wash with cold water and hang or lay flat to dry in the shade to avoid sun bleaching. Always rinse with fresh water after use to prolong the life of your swimsuit. Always avoid rough surfaces to prevent pilling and fabric damage.

Return/ Exchange Policy

All SALE items are eligible for exchange/ store credit only with shipping label supplied by Studio Swim

For all US + US territory orders, Studio Swim will gladly allow any FULL PRICED swimwear or apparel item to be returned or exchanged.

Upon the delivery of your returned full priced item, either an exchange or a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment with a $5 per item restocking/ shipping fee deducted from total refund.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Product is eligible for return or exchange as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged. The merchandise must be in its original packaging, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and need to be sent back in the original bags.

 

International: You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items to us once you have completed your return through our Portal.

All orders are eligible for one exchange/ store credit per order.

Orders placed with store credit are final sale.

Please allow 3-4 days after delivery to process refunds, exchanges and store credit.

We will not accept merchandise sent to us that was not postmarked within 30 days of receiving the purchase. Studio Swim always reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

**There is no guarantee we will have your desired exchange piece in the desired size or color. When submitting an exchange you will receive store credit and can then exchange your order for any product within the price of your original order. If you would like to exchange your order for a product that is priced higher, you will just need to pay the difference in price.**
